Opus Gluei # 15 Nice day for a .....
...white wedding. Well this wasn't tricky to make, but it WAS tricky to photograph. My son (the expert) went out to deliver pizzas and left me to my own devices. Oh well...
Following instructions from the Poobahs, I used white, white and more white. The CS is textured and from my busy room, ditto the last piece of grosgrain ribbon. I used the beautiful SU Baroque Motif for the background image, embossed in white pearl, and a little SU Figures of Speech sentiment. Had to add the diamond of course, and it echoes the hologram embossing powder I used. Its quite legible in real life, but hard to see here. The sentiment reads "to have and to hold".

You've been a busy girl!! Save something for next Monday - LOL. These are all fabulous - but especially like the wedding card - had a close up look at all the details - fabulous work!!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your holidays and CYA Monday!
xXx
Love this. The layering of white is fantastic. Beautiful card. You're entry is perfect on Opus Gluei.
ReplyDeleteYou are the QUEEN of creativity Carolann!!! Just so elegant and love the pearl embossing... I'm blown away! I MUST stamp... :)
ReplyDeleteElegant and lovely Carolann. I'm sure it's even more beautiful in person with all that embossing.
ReplyDeleteI'm in Arizona right now, visiting my mother-in-law and her mother-in-law (who is 99). Poor old girl is ready to go be with the Lord and her only son (my FIL, who passed two years ago) and her mom and everyone else she loved who has gone before her. She's a sweet person, and I feel badly that she's just sad and biding her time now. My MIL, on the other hand, is driving me crazy! LOL
It's HOT and now humid here because of monsoons. I didn't get much of anything done today, but tomorrow I hope to break out my crafting supplies that I brought with me and just relax and enjoy the day.
I think about you every day. Keep in touch.
Love,
Lisa
It shows up magically when enlarged. Looks great!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
